1. Who We Are

SPiiC Hospitality Group is a digital platform based in Miami, Florida, that connects hospitality professionals with establishments in the sector. We are not direct employers — we act as digital intermediaries.

2. Worker Privacy

Workers' personal data (last name, email, phone, resume) is strictly confidential. Only the SPiiC team has access to this information. No member business can access worker contact data without SPiiC intermediation.

3. Memberships & Payments

Memberships are billed monthly automatically via Stripe. Access activates automatically upon payment confirmation. Non-payment results in automatic account suspension. No refunds for already-billed periods.

5. SPiiC Intermediation & Exclusivity

All contact between employers and workers facilitated through SPiiC must remain exclusively within the SPiiC platform. Employers may not contact workers directly (by phone, email, social media or any other channel) using information obtained through SPiiC. All communication must go through SPiiC's official channels. Violation of this clause results in immediate termination of membership without refund.

6. No Off-Platform Hiring

Employers may not hire, engage or contract any worker met through SPiiC outside of SPiiC's official process. Workers may not accept work engagements from employers met through SPiiC without SPiiC's involvement. SPiiC bears responsibility for both parties' safety and legal compliance, as the connection was initiated through the platform. Any attempt to bypass SPiiC constitutes a breach of contract.

7. SPiiC Responsibility & Safety

Because SPiiC is the intermediary that brought employer and worker together, SPiiC takes responsibility for ensuring the safety and proper conduct of both parties during the engagement. SPiiC verifies worker credentials and employer legitimacy. Both parties agree to maintain professional conduct standards set by SPiiC. Any disputes arising from engagements facilitated through SPiiC must be reported to SPiiC immediately.

8. Large Event Staffing (up to 40 workers)

Employers may request and select up to 40 staff members through SPiiC for large events, festivals, banquets and catering. All such requests must be submitted through the SPiiC platform. SPiiC coordinates the full team selection, confirmation and communication. The employer selects from pre-approved profiles only — no direct negotiation with individual workers is permitted outside of the SPiiC system.
